Riesling grapes are perfect for making sweet wines. Especially icewine and probably
the best use of Riesling, sparkling wice wine.
The acidity in riesling wine allows it a chance to fight the large amount
of sugars you find in late harvest and icewines. The some of the flavours you expect to find
in riesling are not present when we talk about icewine. Rarely will you find the pertrol smell
with is unique to riesling wine.
